High pole lighting refers to a lighting mode in which a group of lamps are installed on a lamp pole with a height of more than 20 meters for large area lighting. Due to the large size of the high pole lamp, it is necessary to consider the control of the lighting area, handle the illuminance, light color, color rendering, stereoscopic and other indicators, and also consider eliminating unnecessary shadows during lighting, so as to control the adverse effects of light.

In addition to the electrical control system, a lifting system shall be installed in the rectangular space at the bottom of the high pole lamp. The electrical control system can effectively avoid the movement failure of the lifting function of the high pole lamp caused by the bad outdoor environment. The lifting system is composed of motor, worm gear reducer, safety coupling, main wire rope, auxiliary wire rope divider and pulley. The worm gear reducer of the high pole lamp has excellent self-locking ability and is very compact in transmission.

The height of the electric lifting pole lamp in football field is generally 20 meters, 25 meters and 30 meters. Here we will describe the technical parameters of the 30 meter pole lamp. Based on the consideration of convenient and safe installation, the 30m high pole lamp post in the football field is divided into 3-4 inner sleeves. The high pole lamp is usually designed as an 8-sided or 12 sided polygon. The upper diameter is 220mm, the lower diameter is 600mm, the specification of the bottom flange of the lamp pole is 1000x40mm, and the first section of the bottom is 0.8m above the ground.

The embedded foundation of high pole lamppost in football field is 2800mm, and the depth is 3000mm. The specification of the reinforcement screw connecting the flange plate of the lamppost is 30mm * 2800mm. 8-12 reinforcement screws are welded into a reinforcement cage with 3-5 layers of reinforcing bars. When embedding, the threaded part of the cage screw is about 10cm above the ground, and the concrete grade is not lower than C25.

The first problem to be considered in the design and implementation of stadium high pole lighting is that the design should be based on the principles of safety and reliability, advanced technology, economy and rationality, energy saving, convenient use and maintenance. Secondly, according to the actual use requirements of the stadium, reasonably choose the lighting mode.

Among them, the four corners and six groups of lampposts are the most common way to arrange lights in outdoor lamppost football fields. The height of the lamppost is set according to the size of the court. Generally, the lamppost of a five person or seven person court can be controlled between 10-15 meters (considering the cost). The lighting pole of the 11 person stadium is usually 20-25 meters.

In the selection of lamps, in addition to the light intensity distribution and efficiency of lamps, the dust-proof, waterproof, anti-seismic, corrosion resistance, heat dissipation and other performances of lamps shall also be considered.
